Description of the job
Independent real estate negotiator within a young and dynamic team. Prospecting for luxury real estate. Monitoring of high-end international customers, tracking portfolios of sellers in a specific geographical area.
Negotiations within the mission assigned, visits with buyers, advisory services (legal, financial and tax), client support until signing at the notary.
Required skills
- Be autonomous, responsive, available to clients, self-disciplined, diligent, have a strong motivation and a nice appearance.
- Have a good commercial sense, good contact with demanding buyers and sellers.
- Category B driving licence and a vehicle.
- A very good level of English.
